I have followed the wiring example and used the supplied code, but I think the sensor is giving an incorrect reading.  Here is the output I am getting while it is in a room at 72 degrees F and 20 percent humidity.

Output:
temperature: -34ACK error 0
ACK error 1
ACK error 2
humidity: 15ACK error 0
ACK error 1
ACK error 2
temperature: -34ACK error 0
ACK error 1
ACK error 2
humidity: 15ACK error 0
ACK error 1
ACK error 2
temperature: -34ACK error 0

The values never change even if I increase the temp with a heating element.

Please let me know if I am missing an error some where?

Thanks!

Similarly, I copied and pasted the code and uploaded the code and am receiving similar output.

Platform:

1. Arduino Uno
2. Arduino Software ver 22 - Mac OSX

I opted instead to use the arduino library I found on github practicalarduino/SHT1x.

Though, I am still having issues reading the correct temperature and humidity values. But I am no longer receiving ACK warnings (though, those could be being masked).
