Hi, it has been a while.
Where has the Library folder gone? I need to add a library file. Do I do that with 'add file' instead?

And also, can I add a Library originally written for the Arduino to Wiring and have it work?

The libraries can be included using the sketchbook/libraries folder, which you can create and put your libraries folders on it. The libraries provided with Wiring can be included just using the Sketch/Import library menu.
Add file can be use to add external .cpp .h or .c or assembler files to your project and they will be copied in the current sketch folder. Yes the Arduino libraries should work fine, sometimes with minor changes, it depends. Let me know if you have a question about a specific library or anything else.

thanks. It took me a while to figure the new library import. I had to restart the app to have it see the new libraries. I had the same problem with processing.

I'm trying to import the tlc5940 library
http://www.arduino.cc/playground/Learning/TLC5940

But wiring is giving me library import errors.

Yes, I downloaded and tried the library and it uses hardware constants on it which are attached to specific microcontrollers, I attempted to make a port for Wiring but I have no way to test it, I have uploaded a temporary file here:
http://wiring.org.co/download/Tlc5940Mux.zip for you to try. For the pinout to the Tlc5940Mux chip check the file ATmega_128.h inside the pinouts folder, so you'll know which pins to use in Wiring.

Unpack the zip inside your sketchbook/libraries folder.

Let me know.
