I have purchased 2 wiring boards but can't make them talk to my Macbook. I am running Panther (10.5.3)

When I try to upload the Blink program, I get these error messages.

Assembler messages:
FATAL: can't create WEEPROM.o: Read-only file system
Error: No such file or directory
-> /dev/tty.usbserial-0000101D

I could not find the maocosx_setup program I read about on your site.

I am new at this...but an answer would be fantastic.

Thanks

you are trying to run Wiring from the read-only .dmg image mounted on your desktop, you have to move the Wiring forlder to your Applications folder (just dragging it to the Appications folder will work) then run Wiring from the Applications folder on your mac.
