It seems to me that both millis and delay are running about twice as fast as they should for me.   If I say delay(5000), that seems to be about 2.5 seconds wall time. 

Likewise, if I check differences between two millis calls, when wall time is 4 seconds, I get 8000 or so from the code..

I can certainly compensate for this but am I missing something obvious??
