it might be matter of fuses, what software are you using to burn the bootloader? avrstudio?

Ok, its not really a board, i'll called a Wiring Micro. :P

I want to know how can i change the baud rate for the programing, cause i want to use an XBee  to program wireless, so i have to change the baud rate from the micro and from the IDE.

here is the code for the bootloaders, http://wiring.uniandes.edu.co/source/trunk/wiring/firmware/hardware/Wiring/bootloader/ you can modify the speed setup for it and compile for the cpu you want.

/* Stk500boot.c
* UART Baudrate, AVRStudio AVRISP only accepts 115200 bps
*/
#define BAUDRATE 115200

Does that mean I can not use a different baud rate such as 57600?

you can, if you change that definition, by default we use 115200 for the bootloader.
